Backyard camping

Last week Mark and I borrowed a fancy tent from his Dad and at some point this summer we are going to go real camping, well maybe more car camping. But so far our schedules make it so there is no time when we both are free long enough to pack the car and set up camp. So last night we set up camp in the back yard.


Jim chose the perfect tent! The top is all mesh so you can look at the stars while you are falling asleep. It was perfect and now I am way more excited about camping this summer then I was before. Maybe we will take it with us to Michigan when we go to visit my aunt. Michigan is a wonderful place to camp.

What procrastination looks like

My birthday was last weekend and it was spent at home with my family.

Donna got me a shuffle to replace the one I lost a while ago. I love the green. I got to use it for the first time yesterday evening and it is so much more comfortable to run with it than my iphone.

Watermelons, Hogwarts and Crafts

Haley and Emma came to spend their first weekend of summer with Mark and me last weekend. We made journals using old book covers and the surplus of paper that I had. They turned out pretty sweet. We also watched Harry Potter 4 and 5. Sunday we had a picnic a strawberry fight and the best watermelon any of us have had this year.

Bluebird Vintage Shop

When I get really bored I spend a lot of my time looking through all the online vintage shops I can find. I really like this dress from bluebird vintage. It would be prefect for Hilton Head.



They also have this amazing coat.

Everything always feels so messy

Been cleaning for the past couple hours. When I say cleaning I mean getting all of this stuff we have sitting around the house in to the garage so we can get rid of it some way. Garage sale? Donation? Who knows but we want it gone! Mark left a bit ago to hang out with Mike, I think I am going on a run. Hopefully we can get it all cleaned up soon.

Mark and I just got back from Anthony & Chrystal's wedding. They are a great couple that are so happy with each other and their lives it is infectious and you cant help but smile while you are around them. They also have seven children that are all beautiful, polite and hilarious. We had a great time tonight with their families. Can't wait to preview their images!

I am addicted to movie trailers

Most of the time I enjoy watching the trailer way more than I do watching the actual film.
